Following the press release dated February 15, 2010, DMT informs that the procedure with trade unions and in-company trade union representatives, in compliance with ex art. 47 of Law 428/1990, with regard to the disposal of the business unit of the subsidiary DMT System SpA, has been carried out. This disposal, therefore, has been finalized and is effective as from March 8, 2010. (read)
