Towertel can take the full responsibility for site installation and management, including sites owned by customers who want to exploit the company's experience in this field.

INSTALLATION

Installation is a key process for the deployment of a site or service, and must be carried out with accuracy and professionalism.

Basing on its solid experience both in Telecom and Broadcasting, and highly qualified staff, Towertel delivers qualified and professional services, including:

  • Material transportation to the site
  • Machinery and equipment installation
  • Plant construction (electric system, remote alarms…)
  • Equipment testing

All works are carried out by Towertel’s staff, with the support of reliable and qualified companies that cooperate directly with and under its supervision. This service applies both to the complete installation of new sites and to partial installations in existing sites.

MAINTENANCE

Once the service is active, Towertel can guarantee continuous assistance, offering a complete maintenance service.

  • ORDINARY MAINTENANCE: This service is offered for DMT or third-party sites. At periodical intervals that vary according to the equipment, the staff carries out plant, equipment and site cleaning and, for broadcasting equipment, calibration, radio-electric parameter verification, antenna verification, to ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems.
  • EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE: In case of failure or malfunction, DMT's team of qualified technicians can quickly analyze the problem and restore service in the shortest time possible.
  • SPARE PARTS AND COURTESY MACHINE SERVICE: For DMT equipment, Towertel avails over a well-supplied spare warehouse and a number of machines that can be used temporarily to replace the customer's equipment in case of failure. Both aspects minimize downtime in case of failure and consequent profit losses.

NETWORK MONITORING / MEASUREMENTS

Through the remote control system, Towertel can remotely monitor the status of broadcasting systems and quickly verify possible failures or abnormal conditions.

Towertel can also provide customers with equipment and instrumentation for service quality measurement, including signal verification at planned intervals in the main locations included in the service area.
