Following the press release dated February 15, 2010, DMT informs that the procedure with trade unions and in-company trade union representatives, in compliance with ex art. 47 of Law 428/1990, with regard to the disposal of the business unit of the subsidiary DMT System SpA, has been carried out.
This disposal, therefore, has been finalized and is effective as from March 8, 2010.
This business unit consists of assets for a total consideration of Euro 7.735 million and the payment has been made through taking over of DMT System S.p.A’s liabilities for the same amount; in addition, whole personnel (127 employees), inventories, payables to suppliers and other operating assets, such as equipment, brand and instruments, have been transferred.
