In reference to the press release regarding the disposal of the business unit of the subsidiary DMT System SpA, DMT informs: the business unit consists of assets at a book value of around Euro 7 mln and the payment of the transaction will be completed by taking DMT System S.p.A. liabilities for the same value.
DMT System S.p.A. registered revenues in FY 2009 at Euro 51 mln, EBITDA negative for Euro 80.000 and EBIT negative for Euro 8,8 mln.
